Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of financial analysis experience.
Experience in data entry and analytics.
Proven ability to present trends to guide business decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with financial and trend analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivots, lookups, and Power Query.
Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL is helpful.
Self-motivated to learn and master new concepts.
Understanding of data/reporting governance and integrity.
Strong presentation, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

Provide monthly standardized reporting for various departments.
Deliver ad hoc reporting for various departments.
Maintain queries and data elements for detailed analyses.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of analyses.
Collaborate with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Adhere strictly to established processes and reporting standards.
Resolve customer challenges related to analysis.
Improve process efficiencies and documentation.
Mentor and train team members, validating their work.
Identify and resolve data-related issues before financial implications.
Develop reporting and functionality that improves team efficiency.
Lead complex challenging priorities with ambitious timelines.
Learn and master new technologies.
Develop a working knowledge of team responsibilities across Data Intelligence.
Some travel is required for this role.
