About The Position

Total Safety is looking for a Data Integrity Specialist to add to their safety conscious team! Data Integrity Specialist must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. They must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. The hourly pay rate for this position is $25-28. Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years Excel experience
  • Experience with data integration or transformation
  • Data Mapping
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Report Building / Data presenting
  • Eclipse or other distribution management software experience
  • Must pass drug/alcohol, and background test
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Great listening, written and oral communication skills with a “get things done” attitude
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Outlook and able to learn new applications quickly
  • Eclipse software experience or other ERP software experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
  • Team player and the ability to work with others
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Develops processes to support the long-term data and pricing quality strategy.
  • Identifies pricing and data quality gaps, implements reporting processes in order to track quality improvements, enhances current systems.
  • Develops standardized tracking methods, which facilitate the quality checking process.
  • Works with internal users to resolve quality issues and develops reports to present status to management.
  • Establishes an on-going process to maintain quality data and defines quality audit processes.
  • Performs pricing and data integrity checks, reports anomalies, and communicates with Internal user for resolution.
  • Ensures high quality data is collected and validates the integrity of the data.
  • Internal data clean up and data reconciliation.
  • Update all suppliers pricing sheets.
  • Monitors the consistency and integrity of source data and works with purchasing to address data quality issues at the source as well as build the data cleansing logic when downstream intervention is required.
  • Ensure all products have all elements loaded - UOM (not just blanket “ea” for all), minimum order quantities, Buy/Sell Packages.
  • Ensure all contract pricing is correctly identified as same in the system.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times.
  • Comfortable with ticketing / tracking software.
  • Maintains confidentiality and protects sensitive data at all times.
