About The Position

The Data Integrity Manager for Space Data Insights is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data within Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) platforms. This role partners with technology and service delivery teams to manage data architecture, integrate new data sources, and improve overall data governance while supporting JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional client solutions through reliable space intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, preferably in real estate, facilities, or workplace technology
  • Previous CAFM/IWMS experience mandatory
  • Proficiency with IWMS platforms and CAFM software
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and database management
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD (p-lines, drawing, layers, x-ref, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of one office space measurement standard: BOMA, IFMA, or RICS

  • Understanding of real estate portfolio management and workplace strategy
  • Experience with data visualization tools and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and client confidentiality requirements
  • Familiarity with occupancy sensors, Wi-Fi analytics, and IoT workplace technologies
  • Experience with automated monitoring and data governance tools
  • Background in space planning or facility optimization
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and digital solutions for space data management

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Technology teams to design and manage data architecture for IWMS and CAFM systems
  • Integrate and monitor new space-related data sources including occupancy sensors, Wi-Fi, badge data, facility management platforms and space utilization platforms
  • Implement comprehensive data access monitoring and process controls ensuring secure and appropriate data usage
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards through routine validations and automated monitoring
  • Oversee governance rules catalog, rule descriptions, and business logic specific to space and occupancy data
  • Translate real estate and facility management business requirements into technical data solutions
  • Provide root cause analysis and process reviews to improve data quality and accuracy
