The Good Shepherd Services Impact and Evaluation Departments (I&E) mission is to support program in managing their contracts and learning from data to strengthen the services and impact. ISD oversees agency-wide efforts in performance management, promoting implementation of evidence-based practices, and supporting evidence-generating activities. Within I&E, the Community-Based Programs Portfolio team supports the programs in Good Shepherd Services (GSS) Community-Based & Supportive Housing program divisions. This position is part of contract management and program analysis staff that work with GSS Community-Based programs (anti-violence programs, community centers, community initiatives, justice initiatives) housing, and DV programs to meet these goals. The Data Integrity Analyst oversees proper management of data from these programs to provide GSS with the ability to conduct analysis on and report program data for the purposes of compliance, learning, and improvement. The work of this position ensures that the data we use for these efforts is trustworthy and reliable. The Data Integrity Analyst is a key liaison between staff in ISD, the programs we support, and GSS Information Technology (IT) staff.
