About The Position

Organization's Summary Statement: The User and Information Services department, which is part of Advancement Services within the University Relations division, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Integrity Analyst who is dedicated to the collaborative priorities of the Prospect Research & Management (PRM) and the Business Intelligence (BI) units as demonstrated through effective project management and prioritization. This role is critical to maintaining data-related functions that supports fundraising operations including contributing to large-scale data clean-up efforts in preparation for the CRM migration and establishing sustainable practices to ensure long-term data health and usability in the new CRM environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Three (3) years of professional information technology experience in the areas of data maintenance or data administration.
Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.
Knowledge of academic policies.
Skill in oral and written communication.
Skill in the use of Google Office Suite.
Ability to process large quantities of data with accuracy and discernment within a complex set of data windows.
Ability to detect patterns within sets of data.
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
Ability to interact with internal and external staff at all levels in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge Understanding of relational databases and the importance of clean and accurate data
Proficiency in Advanced Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with higher education fundraising operations
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders including, but not limited to, peers, division leadership, and university leadership
Diligent organizer with the ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities.
