About The Position

The Data Integrations Director at Accolade is responsible for leading the Data Integrations team and managing the ecosystem of data feeds essential for the company's operations. This role involves directing multiple teams to deploy and maintain data integrations, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience leading data integration teams or similar management roles.
  • Experience with Project and Partner Management in the Healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in Data Integrations (ETL) with healthcare data types such as benefits, claims, clinical, or referral data.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
  • Working knowledge of agile delivery methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN.
  • Strong collaboration, team building, and leadership skills with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requests and projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Direct multiple teams of data integration and support engineers to deploy and maintain inbound and outbound data integrations.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders in strategic and tactical programs and projects related to data integrations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of a backlog of work tickets and prioritize requests from stakeholder groups.
  • Manage relationships with Accolade's data partner ecosystem to ensure day-to-day operations meet expectations and service level agreements.
  • Facilitate communication between Accolade stakeholders and external partners such as benefit administrators and carriers.
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Ensure teams create and maintain program documentation including project plans and periodic reports.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements.
  • Track and report on issues and metrics to communicate overall program health and status.
