About The Position

The Out-of-Door Academy seeks a Data Integration Specialist to join a forward thinking school that values creativity, real-world application, and student-centered learning. Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Technology, the Data Integration Specialist will be responsible for the following: Serve as the school's lead internal resource for academic data systems, with particular focus on LMS and SIS functionality, integration, and optimization. Work with the Assistant Division Heads to support the design, maintenance, and execution of each campus' master schedule in partnership with academic leadership and college counseling staff. Work with the Assistant Head of Upper School and registrar to manage and support processes related to graduation requirements, academic records, transcript production, and grade reporting. Qualifications Experience, Skills & Knowledge Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred. Prior teaching experience required, preferably in an independent school or PK-12 environment. Demonstrated technical expertise with Student Information Systems (SIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience with academic scheduling, transcript management, graduation requirement tracking, grade reporting, or related school operations strongly preferred. Strong understanding of the connection between academic operations, faculty workflows, and student information systems. Ability to manage detailed processes with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across divisions and departments while also managing projects independently. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, reports, and system configurations. Commitment to supporting a high level of service for faculty, staff, students, ad families. Compensation and Benefits This is a 12-month full-time exempt position available in July 2026. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
