About The Position
The Data Integration Specialist I at Cotiviti, Inc. is a pivotal role that focuses on analyzing, developing, and enhancing both new and existing interfaces for claim batch file and real-time data integration. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business insight, as the specialist will serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare claims analysis. The role involves providing analytical support to both internal and external customers across various projects, conducting detailed claims analysis, and generating ad-hoc reports as prioritized by management. The specialist will work independently and collaboratively within a broader team, emphasizing the importance of meeting specific deadlines while delivering exceptional client support. In this role, the Data Integration Specialist will identify data requirements necessary for integrating new data sources and will perform technical analytics to ensure that the results of data integration meet or exceed defined expectations. The specialist will contribute to the creation and development of new user interfaces and layouts, recommend efficiencies in data usage across platforms, and review current processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the specialist will assist in developing processes and architecture to combine healthcare claims data into integrated data platforms, promoting data integration standards and best practices. The position also involves evaluating data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders, partnering with internal leaders to understand corporate and client objectives, and effectively communicating technical and analytical information to business partners. The specialist will be responsible for producing accurate and meaningful ad-hoc reports based on verbal and written requests, ensuring that all work reflects a focus on quality and meets the needs of both internal and external clients.
