Sodexo is seeking a Data Integration Architect II. This is a remote role with the selected candidate able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone Hours. The Data Integration Architect II is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions to support enterprise-wide data initiatives. This role ensures efficient data flow across applications, platforms, and business units using modern data integration technologies and best practices. The Data Integration Architect II collaborates with business and IT teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure data pipelines and integration architectures.

  • Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Build and optimize reusable and scalable data pipelines using Informatica IDMC (CDI and CAI), Microsoft Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Azure Databricks.
  • Manage structured and unstructured data integrations utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle DB, and Azure Data Lakes.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and other integration tools.
  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to architectural standards, best practices, and security policies.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Work with internal customers to understand data needs and translate them into technical integration requirements.
  • Document data flows, system integrations, and technical specifications.
  • Support integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and software developers, to enhance integration capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in data integration, ETL, or data architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (CDI and CAI), Microsoft Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle DB.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining ETL workflows with Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Familiarity with data lake architectures and cloud-based integration solutions.
  • Solid understanding of API-based data integration, RESTful services, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, especially in Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of data security and governance best practices.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Certifications in Azure or Informatica technologies.
