About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and consultative professional to join our team as a Data & Insights Partner. This role bridges customer-facing teams, leadership, and analytics resources to ensure reporting delivers meaningful insights that drive customer success and business performance. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to define customer-facing and internal reporting needs, shape scalable reporting frameworks, and ensure data tells a clear, actionable story. Rather than focusing on technical development, you will guide the design, standardization, and utilization of reporting to enhance adoption, retention, and informed decision-making throughout the customer lifecycle. Beyond delivering customer insights, you’ll also play a key role in building organizational capability, training internal teams on reporting best practices, championing data-driven thinking, and helping the organization make smarter, more informed decisions. This role reports directly to the Customer Success Team Lead.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence with experience advising leaders or business partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in analytics, data, or business are a plus.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL or another coding language, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of standardized, scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards that deliver actionable insights across the organization.
  • Own the end-to-end process of translating data into clear, decision-ready insights.
  • Continuously refine report content and visualization to highlight performance drivers, risks, and opportunities for leadership and operational teams.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams and internal stakeholders to define and deliver meaningful reporting solutions that enhance customer value and experience.
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and best-practice resources in partnership with the Onboarding & Enablement team.
  • Uphold and maintain enterprise-wide standards for reporting quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Ensure the integrity of organizational data through repeatable review and validation processes.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within current reporting practices.
  • Drive process enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and the strategic value of reporting across all departments.
