About The Position
The Data & Information Architect I position at the City of Tucson's Information Technology Department is responsible for guiding the design and evolution of a unified cloud-hosted data platform, enabling self-service data insights for departments and establishing a foundation for advanced analytics capabilities. This position focuses on data strategy, quality, governance, integration, analytics capabilities, privacy, and fostering a strong data culture while ensuring data usability. Work is performed under the supervision of the Information Technology Director. This position does not supervise.
