Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the data governance vision, roadmap, and charter, aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement data governance roles and responsibilities.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, principles, and procedures.
• Lead the master data management program, including the identification and maintenance of master data domains.
• Implement and manage master data management tools and processes.
• Monitor and report on data quality and governance metrics, identifying and resolving issues.
• Provide training and awareness on data governance and master data management to the data community.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication regarding data governance across the organization.
• Support data governance aspects of data projects and initiatives.
