About The Position
The Data Governance / Master Data Management position at Ataccama involves establishing and managing data governance policies within the Ataccama ONE platform. The role requires setting up workflows for data approval and stewardship, ensuring that data management processes are efficient and compliant with security policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing SQL queries for large datasets, focusing on the ingestion, transformation, and retrieval processes to enhance performance. Additionally, the position entails configuring role-based access control and implementing data encryption to maintain data security and compliance. A key aspect of this role is defining the data model with an emphasis on normalization, referential integrity, and scalability. The candidate will design a Master Data Management (MDM) solution based on Ataccama ONE, which includes developing the solution architecture, MDM data model, and integration patterns. The role also involves implementing Ataccama MDM and Reference Data Management (RDM) solutions, performing testing and debugging according to established protocols. The candidate will engage in data profiling, cleansing, and standardization activities to ensure data quality and accuracy during migration processes. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in MDM, RDM, or a related data management field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience with the Ataccama ONE platform. Knowledge of data modeling and architecture best practices, as well as the ability to write complex SQL queries, is essential. The role is part of an agile team in a dynamic environment, where the candidate will manage the technical aspects of the master data management system, including its configuration and lifecycle maintenance.
