About The Position

The Allegion Access Technologies Data Governance Manager – CX is a key player in our business success. This role is responsible for the customer, discounting, and pricing data across Allegion Access Technologies' businesses, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance. This role supports the smooth operation of order management processes for Service and Installation transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in general management, sales operations, data management, or related roles.
• Familiarity with sales and customer data and sales processes.
• Familiarity with D365 systems, processes, account management, pricing discounting, and invoice processes in D365 systems.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong facility with managing data in spreadsheets.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data governance policies and standards for customer master and pricing/discount data for the Allegion Access Technologies business.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all related systems and processes, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce, Field Services, and other systems within the Allegion organization.
• Manage a team responsible for maintaining customer master, pricing, and discounting data at Allegion Access Technologies.
• Manage account, pricing-discount data workflows on ERP migration projects to ensure project success.
• Manage account and pricing-discount data workflows for new business acquisitions to ensure acquisition-related targets are met.
• Maintain master data in the Allegion Access Technologies systems, including the mass update of account and customer records.
• Conduct regular audits and maintain data integrity across Allegion Access Technologies systems.
• Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in sales data governance and sales data management.
