The Leidos Health and Services Sector is seeking a Data Governance Lead who will be responsible for defining and overseeing all aspects of data governance policies and supporting multiple data domains across the program. The position requires regular interaction with senior program leadership and customer stakeholders to present recommendations, influence decision-making, and secure buy-in on matters that may require alternative approaches. contingent upon contract award Requires US Citizenship, current location in the UNITED STATES and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. This role: Collaborates with business, technology, and other cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of data requirements, challenges, and pain points. Drives program-wide data management maturity assessments, defining both the current and future state of data governance capabilities. Develops the program’s data operating model across people, processes, technology, and governance frameworks. Shapes the data strategy roadmap to achieve value realization, including the development of investment plans and supporting business cases. Independently leads engagements or workstreams end-to-end across all delivery components, including client satisfaction, value delivery, team management, financial oversight, and other related responsibilities as needed.
