About The Position
The Data Governance Lead will serve as a hands-on leader to drive the development and implementation of our enterprise-wide data governance framework. This role is critical to solving current data challenges, including inconsistent business rules, unclear data ownership, lack of data quality standards, fragmented business taxonomies, and absence of a centralized data catalog. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders to establish scalable governance practices that increase trust in data, reduce inefficiencies, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Data Governance Lead will also play a central role in shaping our data culture—promoting shared accountability, transparency, and the mindset that data is a strategic asset. They will advocate for data best practices, foster trust in data-driven decision-making, and work across teams to embed governance into everyday workflows.
