  • Work effectively in a cross-functional environment without close supervision.
  • Develop individual project artifacts including Business Requirements Documentation (BRD’s), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD’s), and test planning documents for user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Manage individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task management, and execution of plans within required timelines.
  • Provide implementation and post-implementation project support.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and team members.
  • Develop requirements for a role-based configurator for various risk personas.
  • Drive vision for new widgets and functionalities including new summary metrics and dashboards.
  • Ensure data is summarized and communicated clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Operate independently and exercise judgment with escalation to senior management as required.
  • 6-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Extremely organized, motivated, and a self-starter.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Desire to improve processes.
  • Track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts and requirements.
  • Experience working with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
  • Team player with strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical implications of system design.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Extensive Risk Management experience, Project Management, or Product Ownership experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
