The Opportunity Position Summary: The Data Governance & Analytics Manager serves as a strategic partner within the Institutional Research office, guiding the stewardship, accuracy, and effective use of institutional data across the university. Reporting to the Executive Director of Institutional Research & Data Governance, the Manager plays a central role in developing and implementing data governance practices, facilitating collaboration among data stewards and campus partners, and ensuring that data is stored, documented, and accessed in ways that support compliance reporting and informed decision‑making. The Manager works closely with stakeholders to clarify dashboard requirements and designs user‑centered, accessible visualizations aligned with institutional priorities. As a connector between technical teams, subject matter experts, and executive decision‑makers, the Data Governance & Analytics Manager helps ensure that institutional data is trusted, consistent, and responsibly leveraged to advance the university’s strategic goals.
