This role involves supporting all facets of our governance program and operations, with a particular focus on enhancing our stewardship framework and capabilities for sensitive data review and monitoring. Requirements

5+ years of experience working in a business analyst role
1+ years of experience with SQL or Python
Experience in a data governance or data management field
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices
Ability to be highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to develop cooperative and constructive working relationships
Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration

Nice To Haves

Experience categorizing and classifying data
Experience with Databricks
Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, including Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and using an ecosystem of collaboration tools, including Confluence and Jira
