About The Position

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a strategic technology consultant to lead a four-month engagement focused on evaluating and optimizing their sales forecasting infrastructure. This project is critical to shaping the client’s future forecasting capabilities and delivering actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in data science, forecasting models, and Python programming.
• Experience with system evaluation, performance benchmarking, and optimization.
• Ability to conduct technical audits and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering executive-level reports.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Adaptive Workday or similar forecasting tools.
• Background in sales analytics, business intelligence, or financial modeling.
• Experience in ROI analysis and presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of cloud-based forecasting solutions and scalability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of two forecasting systems:
• Adaptive Workday (commercial solution)
• In-house Python-based system
• Validate forecasting accuracy and benchmark performance.
• Perform code-level audits of Python scripts for integrity and efficiency.
• Assess scalability, customization potential, and long-term viability.
• Deliver an executive-ready report with ROI analysis and strategic recommendations.
