The Data Entry Machine Operator/Warehouse Associate assists the supervisor, performing both data entry and warehouse tasks, requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to operate machinery. They input data into systems, verify information, and handle warehouse logistics like receiving, storing, and shipping materials.

Requirements

Knowledge of Word, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including great phone presence.
Organized and detailed, yet flexible
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proven customer service background and the ability to work with a wide range of people and personalities.
Ability to prioritize and manage workflow with frequent interruptions (time management)
Must enjoy being challenged with a variety of activities and responsibilities.
Flexible in adapting to changing environments
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
