Brown & Brown is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their Personal Lines Team in Columbia, KY. This role provides administrative and client support through accurate data entry, customer assistance, document management, and tracking of insurance information. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience 1-3 years minimum
  • Must have experience with general office functions
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and capable of finishing projects timely and accurately

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with insurance company payables greatly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry of client and policy information
  • Field phone calls and assist customers with issues
  • Create spreadsheets to help with client tracking
  • Electronic filing for clients
  • Other duties as assigned
