As an Ordering Coordinator, you will place orders for company car drivers, engineering, plants, and manufacturing validation build orders. Any drivers that order a drive and buy the vehicle will tag the driver to the vehicle in a General Motors system. Ordering Coordinators will also track any vehicles that an update has been requested on. You will use various systems to perform this task daily. Ordering Coordinator Responsibilities Include: Order company cars for executives, board of directors, float vehicles, engineering vehicles, and manufacturing validation build (MVB) orders for all future model years. Update coordinators and CVO/GM management regarding orders daily. Manage multiple spreadsheets for orders and reporting. Tag all drive and buy vehicles in the GM program. Manage the ordering email box. Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision. Ordering Coordinator Qualifications and Skills: Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must have Excel experience. Must be customer service oriented. Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills. Must be a self-starter. Must be a reliable team player. 1-year customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications preferred. Ordering Coordinator Working Conditions and Physical Demands Include: 90% of the time your job will be completed while sitting. 10% of the time your job will consist of you walking.
