Data Entry Specialist - US Shift (Remote) (Contractual - 1 year)
About The Position
This is a full-time contractual role (1 year) requiring 8 hours of work per day , Monday to Friday , aligned with US hours (starting at 5:00 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST (with 30 minutes of break)). As a Data Entry Specialist , you'll play a vital role in improving the quality and structure of PriceLabs' CRM data - the foundation of all our sales insights and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving processes. You'll get hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing SaaS company manages global operations, and you'll be encouraged to propose automation ideas that make everyday work more efficient.
Requirements
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable working in evening shifts (starting 5 PM IST) to align with US time zones

- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM data quality : Audit, clean, and organize lead and account data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Support automation and efficiency: Identify repetitive tasks and collaborate with the team to build simple automations (e.g., via Zoho workflows, n8n, or Zapier)
- Conduct secondary research : Enrich CRM records by researching company and contact information from reliable sources.
- Build and maintain reports : Assist in updating dashboards that track Sales performance, outreach, and account health.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Data Ops to ensure data alignment and process continuity.
- Support operational initiatives: Help with one-time projects such as data audits, CRM cleanups, or migration activities.
