About The Position

Our fast-paced legal firm is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to assist with daily data entry and other administrative tasks. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, in an office setting. Employees are required to maintain confidentiality, adhere to all office policies and procedures, and occasionally exercise independent judgment. Key responsibilities include accurately entering information on collection case files, reviewing files for appropriate actions, handling phone calls professionally, and preparing documents for mailing and court filing. Candidates must possess good computer skills, strong communication abilities, sound judgment, attention to detail, and be punctual and dependable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and a typing speed of at least 40 wpm are required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. The role also necessitates compliance with federal and state laws, passing a 10-panel drug test, a criminal background check, and a conflict-of-interest check.
