Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle information data entry in client accounts through internal and state software.
• Prioritize, process, open, sort, scan, and track inbound mail.
• Process, ship, and track outbound mail.
• Occasionally reach out to clients via phone and/or email to confirm shipping address.
• Collaborate with internal teams when necessary.
• Identify and drive process improvements as part of a small office team.
• Support teammates and the office with various daily tasks, including opening/closing the building and ordering supplies.
