About The Position

Join a mission-first, integrity-driven team as a Contract Data Entry Specialist in Seattle, Washington. This role involves engaging in data entry and system maintenance to support timely and accurate information within the database. You will be responsible for the entry of raw data and translating it into valuable information for assessing ongoing business performance and supporting decision-making. The position requires reviewing details of documents to ensure that the required data for processing orders is complete, establishing data naming standards, and improving overall data quality. You will process data accurately and timely in high volumes, perform a wide range of support functions, and follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks. Basic communication skills will be utilized to address internal and external clients and team members, and you will also sort and route mail and correspondence for timely delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience.
  • Ideal candidate would have worked as a transaction coordinator or office admin in a real estate office.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in data entry and system maintenance to support timely and accurate information within the database.
  • Be responsible for the entry of raw data and subsequent translation into valuable information for assessing ongoing business performance and supporting decision making.
  • Review details of documents to ensure required data for processing orders/data is complete.
  • Establish data naming standards and consistent data definitions to improve overall data quality.
  • Accurately and timely process data in high volumes.
  • Perform a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
  • Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
  • Utilize basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
  • Sort and route mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery to the appropriate party.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
