The Data Entry Processor operates in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for entering all claims correctly and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 1+ years related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work independently within guidelines and perform with high degree of accuracy
• Be able to adapt to new procedures and opportunities
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management

Nice To Haves

• Data entry experience in a healthcare office environment on a computerized claims system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enters claims into a database system accurately and in a timely manner
• Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data
• Meets or exceeds qualitative and quantitative production standards, providing support to Mailroom in opening, printing and sorting mail, assists other departments and special projects for the department as needed
• Assists with special projects for the department as needed.
