We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. Description: Operate computer-based data entry systems to input, update, and maintain Facilities Maintenance records Support maintenance operations through accurate data entry, work order management, preventative maintenance tracking, and contract deliverable documentation Enter, update, and track corrective and preventative maintenance work orders within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Accurately log preventative maintenance schedules, completion dates, labor hours, and equipment status Review source documents such as work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs for accuracy and completeness prior to data entry Apply experience and judgment to interpret, select, and code maintenance data from multiple document sources Track maintenance deliverables, service completion reports, and inspection documentation to ensure contractual compliance Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data and coordinate with supervisors or maintenance staff for resolution Generate routine and ad-hoc reports related to work order status, preventative maintenance compliance, and backlog tracking Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for maintenance records and deliverables Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ computer-based data entry and record keeping experience
  • High School diploma/GED preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen with a US issued Passport or Real ID
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs. unassisted
  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Clear and effective written and communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
  • Must have availability M-F, with a daily schedule to be determined with supervision after hire

Responsibilities

  • Operate computer-based data entry systems to input, update, and maintain Facilities Maintenance records
