Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Operator to join our production team in Sartell, MN. You will sit in our production area sorting mail and entering data into excel. Shift: Flexible/Target 1:00pm - 6:00pm 3 days a week (Mon-Fri)
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 0-2 years related work experience
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
- Ability to do basic math calculations
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
- intermediate computer skills (excel spreadsheets, rename documents, scan in paperwork)
Responsibilities
- Sort incoming return mail
- Scan in, tag, and enter data from sorted return mail
- Maintain high accuracy for data entry
- Promote teamwork
- Follow work direction given by coordinators and leads.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
