This role processes standardized source documents requiring minimal interpretation or coding and supports accurate data input within designated systems. Requirements

  • Approximately two (2) to six (6) years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support roles.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work under close supervision.
  • Effective communication skills for routine office interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data from standardized source documents into designated computer systems.
  • Follow detailed instructions and established procedures to ensure accurate data input.
  • Process coded documents requiring little or no interpretation.
  • Verify data entries for completeness and accuracy based on provided guidelines.
  • Identify incomplete or inconsistent source documents and refer issues to supervisory personnel.
  • Maintain organized records of processed documents.
  • Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Operate basic computer equipment and data entry software applications.
  • Perform other routine clerical duties as assigned.
