About The Position

The Data Entry / Indexing Specialist is responsible for supporting business operations through accurate data entry and document indexing. This role performs high-volume processing tasks to ensure information is complete, accurate, and properly categorized within internal systems. The position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a production-based environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and drug screening
  • Alpha-numeric typing skills with a minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously
  • Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Perform alphanumeric data entry into internal systems
  • Index and categorize documents to ensure easy retrieval
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to data processing
  • Work in multiple computer programs simultaneously
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures
