The Inventory Specialist at General RV Center is responsible for managing inventory data entry and ensuring accurate documentation within a fast-paced office environment. Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior office experience is highly desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VlookUp, Data Set extraction/filter, Pivot Table).
• Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Ability to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance is a must.

Responsibilities

• Performing data entry quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Responding to store manager requests in a timely manner.
• Transferring paper files into a digital document management system.
• Completing other duties as requested by management.
