About The Position

We are seeking a part‑time Data Entry Clerk with high‑volume 10‑key proficiency to drive fast, accurate entry of payment and medical claim data. This role centers on production‑paced numeric entry, meeting strict keystroke and accuracy targets while maintaining consistency across large batches of records. You will review and correct data issues, support discrepancy resolution, and uphold all confidentiality and compliance requirements. This position is ideal for someone who excels in speed‑driven,metrics‑focused work, values precision, and enjoys tasks that require sustained concentration and accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in 10- key data entry or a related field is preferred
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet)
  • This position requires the ability to key a minimum of 9,000 keystrokes per hour while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate.

Responsibilities

  • Work within the Data Entry Operations Team, entering payments and source claim documents by reviewing and correcting data deficiencies.
  • Production-paced work environment.
  • Maintain attendance to adhere to company policy.
  • Deliver high-quality results consistently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Meeting individual KPIs for data entered. Completing tasks within deadlines and managing time effectively.
