About The Position

Our automotive partner is seeking a reliable Data Entry Clerk to to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or related administrative work
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other office software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of database systems and spreadsheets
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into company databases and systems with high accuracy
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
  • Update and maintain existing records
  • Verify data by comparing it with source documents
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Generate reports and spreadsheets as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
