About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry & Commissions Operations Specialist to support our Operations/Commissions team. This role is heavily focused on accurate data entry, processing commission statements, updating client records, and supporting accounting/bookkeeping workflows. Accuracy, reliability, and strong computer competency are essential.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
  • High‑accuracy data entry experience
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
  • Experience updating or inputting customer/client demographics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior roles requiring handling of names, addresses, phone numbers, or customer info (ex: shipping coordinator/handler)
  • Ability to work onsite full time

Responsibilities

  • Process and enter commission statements received from vendors into internal systems
  • Perform high‑volume, accurate data entry for client demographics and financial information
  • Support the Operations team with commissions, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks
  • Work within Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and internal software tools
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all entries and updates
  • Validate data for errors and ensure timely processing of all submissions
  • Collaborate with team members as needed to ensure workflow consistency
  • Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned
