About The Position

The Data Entry Clerk for the Welcome Baby program will work under the supervision of the Data and Evaluation Manager providing data management support that includes data input, validation of the intake, visit, referral, and all other program-related data, and report generation functions. He/she will assist with program evaluation activities including accurate collection and entry of data, program management and monitor functions, and reporting of outcome measures. On an ongoing basis will also assist with trouble-shooting data system problems and data entry barriers in support of all Welcome Baby staff. This position will conduct general office secretarial responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school graduate required; some college preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel spread sheets and internet software).
  • Experience in working in office setting and data entry required.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi- task; strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent administrative and customer service skills.
