Job Summary: Compiles, sorts and organizes data for computer entry. Reads source documents and enters information into computer system. Generates summary reports and makes inventory entries in computer management systems.

Requirements

  • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
  • Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of information before it is entered into data system.
  • Assists in chart review and thorough, accurate data collection.
  • Compares data with source documents in verification format to detect errors.
  • Stores completed documents in appropriate locations.
  • Maintaining logs of activities and completed work.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
