We provide services in 14 states across the USA, and our programs grow every year. We specialize in home and community-based services that support individuals with disabilities and older adults so they can remain in their homes and communities. Authorizations associates are responsible for entering all client demographic packets and service authorizations to enable successful time entry and billing processes. They review the packets and authorizations for accuracy, identify any problems, and then troubleshoot any issues with our local offices. Additionally, they prepare basic reports that flag errors which would impact shift entry, payroll, and billing processes and work to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
