About The Position

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Data Engineers III (AAI Data Engineer- Enterprise Platform) in Jacksonville, FL to develop a next-generation financial technology platform to support data-driven decisions in finance and operations. Build and manage scalable data pipelines and enterprise data warehousing for cross-service analysis and automation. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to migrate legacy systems to a secure, resilient FIS cloud data platform. Architect and deploy full-scale data applications across the stack—from ingestion to analytics and customer-facing products. Optimize OLAP/BI platforms and data workflows for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency, ensuring data integrity. Maintain thorough documentation and implement quality checks to support strategic data initiatives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: designing and optimizing data pipelines using ETL/ELT technologies
• writing SQL queries
• managing data warehousing solutions
• implementing performance tuning strategies
• implementing programming skills in Python for data manipulation, ETL development, and scripting automation tasks, and built reusable and scalable products for common use across Lines of Business within cloud data platform
• identifying short- term and long term solutions for data ingestion and consumption patterns.
• In the alternative, the employer will accept a master’s degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills.
• Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
