About The Position

This internship program offers an 11-week full-time opportunity for students to gain real work experience in the health care sector, specifically within the Analytics & Behavior Change team at CVS Health. Interns will engage in various projects, networking, and professional development activities, with the potential for future full-time employment after graduation. The program emphasizes a hybrid work model, allowing interns to work both in the office and remotely, while also providing a housing stipend based on eligibility.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with Python.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with ETL and building high-volume data pipelines.
• Experience with Spark/PySpark.
• Ability to leverage multiple tools and programming languages to analyze and manipulate data sets.
• Experience designing and optimizing queries and building data transformation solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.

Responsibilities

• Work with analytics teams and business partners to understand their goals and objectives.
• Analyze complex data structures from disparate sources to develop robust data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data science and product teams to collect user stories and implement data transformation and algorithms.
• Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy Google Cloud Platform (GCP) applications.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Learn and apply Agile/SAFe Methodology.

Benefits

• Hourly rate of $49 per hour for 40 hours/week.
• Two days of paid leave during the internship.
