SUMMARY Vari is looking for an experienced Data Engineering Manager to lead our data practice within our Technology Team. In this role, you will drive the transformation of our internal data platform-a critical foundation for our AI and automation strategy. You will partner with internal stakeholders to refine and execute our data strategy, vision, and roadmap to deliver the business insights, analytics, and AI-powered solutions required to scale our business. WHO YOU ARE This is a player-coach role on a lean, high-impact team. You'll lead one direct report while spending the majority of your time hands-on-building data pipelines, designing ETL processes, architecting data warehouse solutions, and enabling AI capabilities. We need someone who can think strategically about our data platform vision while rolling up their sleeves to deliver both traditional data engineering and cutting-edge AI solutions.
