  • Architect: Develop dimensional models, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Innovate: Contribute to architectural roadmaps and introduce modern best practices in automation, orchestration, and CI/CD.
  • Support: Provide hands-on technical guidance and occasional on-call production support as needed.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing, with strong exposure to both legacy and cloud environments.
  • Deep technical expertise in: Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning) DBT (data transformation, testing) Apache Airflow (orchestration and workflow management) Azure Data Factory / Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI/CD
  • Proven success migrating from Informatica PowerCenter or similar ETL tools to modern architectures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP data ecosystems.
  • Exposure to big data frameworks (Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake).
  • Collaboration with Data Science teams or involvement in predictive analytics workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Azure Repos).
  • Experience integrating with Adobe Campaign or other marketing data platforms.
