Requirements

  • 7+ years in software development and data solution development.
  • 2+ years of experience leading remote or hybrid teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in modern development practices.
  • Ability to balance leadership and delivery in a player-coach role.
  • Exceptional skills in mentoring, coaching, and career development.
  • Experience with large-scale ETL/ELT data pipelines.
  • Track record in high-volume data environments with large datasets.
  • Understanding of data warehouse architecture and CDC patterns.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure, especially AWS data services.
