Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Data Engineering, Management & Governance Manager in Raleigh, NC. The job duties include analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining various system components or applications. The role involves creating and updating IT project plans, maintaining applications per SLAs, and ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and scope requirements. The manager will engineer solutions for new rollouts, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance across the Service Delivery Lifecycle, design and architect applications following technical standards, and develop system specifications while establishing MLops and Dataops for complex systems. The position requires identifying and solving complex problems for team implementation, leading teams to translate user/system requirements into design specifications, managing projects, reporting issues, and consulting senior management on decisions affecting the team. The manager will follow strategic direction and prototype solutions as set by senior management/client, and effectively interact with clients or internal senior management.

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain various system components or applications.

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
  • Must have 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining applications and ETL processes.
  • Must have 3 years of experience leveraging CRM packages, IBM MQSeries, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and XMLs.
  • Must have 3 years of experience applying cloud-native development principles, AWS ETL services, and Agile methodology.
  • Must have 3 years of experience utilizing GitHub for version control, JIRA for task tracking, Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline automation, and Control-M for scheduling and monitoring batch job executions.
  • Must have 2 years of experience leading architectural and design decisions.
  • Must have 2 years of experience managing ETL projects and providing complex ETL and backend solutions.
  • Must have 2 years of experience coding and deploying applications using DevOps tools, including GitLab, AWS, Vault, Terraform, and Splunk.
  • Must have 2 years of experience creating prototype solutions and maintaining data for machine learning and AI applications.
  • Must have 2 years of experience working with SQL databases including Snowflake.
  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time.
