[EdgeConneX is looking for summer interns. This will be a paid, 10-week internship from June 1, 2026, to August 7, 2026]
The Data Engineering Intern will assist with designing, building and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes and database systems. This position reports to VP Business Solutions, Office of Information Technology.

Requirements

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and apply knowledge
• Actively enrolled working towards Bachelor’s degree (Junior or Senior credit status)

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Development - Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion from various sources using Synapse Pipelines, Azure Data Factory
• Database Management - Write SQL queries, views, and stored procedures and assist with database design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Build and support Logic Apps - that interface with API integrations and notifications.
• Assist with the operation and maintenance of the data environment.
