About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineering Delivery Lead to oversee and drive the successful execution and delivery of data engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, execution, timely delivery, quality, and building high-performing teams. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage end-to-end implementation, support delivery of solutions, and ensure continuous improvement across the value stream. The role’s focus is to deliver value by managing and/or facilitating program-level delivery via consistency in engineering processes, operational execution, innovation, program dashboard management, team integrations, escalating impediments, managing risk, and continuous improvement to deliver value. This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office location (Hartford, CT and Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
