About The Position

The Data Engineering & Analytics Analyst at Two Circles is responsible for advancing data strategy initiatives for various projects involving rights holders and brand clients. This role focuses on database infrastructure development, data modeling, and ensuring seamless data delivery using tools such as AWS, SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines and delivering data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years professional SQL and AWS experience
• 1-2 years' experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools and processes
• 1-2 years of Tableau Desktop experience building workbooks and dashboards
• A working understanding of relational databases
• Experience with Tableau Server, user administrative tasks are a plus
• Data modeling and solution design experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
• Familiarity with sponsorship and the sports industry
• Ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal contexts with external end-users and internal colleagues
• Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud solutions
• Experience in the sports industry
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Develop and optimize database structures for robust data storage and querying.
• Create and maintain logical and physical data models to support analytics needs.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions.
• Implement and integrate data tools and platforms to streamline workflows and enhance system capabilities.
• Maintain clear documentation for data pipelines, models, and processes.
• Translate business needs into data visualization requirements and create interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
