This FinOps Engineer role sits within our Data organization and will focus on building out financial operations practices that provide visibility, governance, and optimization of our cloud spend. The position is part of a growing function that combines engineering rigor with financial accountability, ensuring we can scale responsibly while maximizing the value of every dollar spent in the cloud. You'll have the opportunity to work across cloud cost management, reporting, and optimization. The role is ideal for an engineer with a solid technical foundation in AWS and data platforms, who enjoys solving for efficiency, creating cost transparency, and helping shape the future of how FanDuel manages and optimizes its cloud infrastructure. This is a mid-level engineering position, where you'll be hands-on in implementation, but also contribute to standards, best practices, and long-term strategy for the data platform.
