Data Engineer Workplace Warsaw/Remote We are growing in the area of service management and currently we’re looking for a great individual to join us as a (Junior) Data Engineer. You will be responsible for: Maintaining and optimizing the CRM database in MS SQL Managing service requests and change requests related to the CRM database Investigating and resolving issues related to the CRM database and its associated application Developing, enhancing, and implementing database scripts and data workflows Verifying data quality, consistency, and accuracy across data sources Taking ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution Providing professional, high-quality service in all internal and external interactions Automating routine and repetitive tasks to improve efficiency Deploying new solutions using CI/CD tools and best practices Monitoring platform performance and supporting infrastructure to ensure stability and continuity What you will need: Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts Familiarity with database management and ETL processes Ability to work with Python for data processing and automation Very good command of English , both written and spoken Strong problem-solving abilities and strong documentation skills Understanding of ITIL fundamentals and service management processes Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) Proactive mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills Service-oriented attitude with patience, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail High sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks Nice to have: Experience in customer or technical support roles Hands-on experience with automation tools Exposure to Business Intelligence platforms Understanding of modern cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) What we offer: You choose your employment type – we’re open to both employment contracts and B2B arrangements. Requirements

• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
• Familiarity with database management and ETL processes
• Ability to work with Python for data processing and automation
• Very good command of English , both written and spoken
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strong documentation skills
